Visited this hotel for 2 nights in Feb 20 Pros Great location to Rembrandt square Tam stop outside hotel Cheap Cons There are 3 separate locations to this hotel so you could stay in one of 3 There are no lifts with very steep stairs Paper thin walks Very noisy Twin rooms in basement Unfortunately I wouldnt stay here again due to more negative points than positive points. There are better hotels in the area for a few more €. I wouldnt stay here again

I was a bit sceptical because of the review, but it was perfect for what we needed it for. Room with bed, wardrobe, TV, table and bath room with toilet shower and hair dryer. 5 minutes walk to Dam square, the tram stop right outside and the number 4 and 14 go to Amsterdam central. 100% recommended x

Great location! Room appeared clean and the hotel had helpful reception staff. But the room was little bit cold and there are very steep stairs to the room. Room was too small..no wardrobe in it. just a hanger to hangs clothes were available. :(

We stayed here on the 21st of January... It was a small reasonable room at first... but we looked under the bed to find a cardboard box with POISON on it... we thought it was strange but didn’t take any notice to it... When we went to sleep to my boyfriend WOKE UP TO A MOUSE RUNNING ACROSS HIS BACK and we heard scratching in the bin and it was another mouse! We contacted the reception the next day as it was the middle of the night and they REFUSED TO REFUND US or didnt even apologise either so we had to pay 120 euro for another hotel the next night....

Hotel itself is ok - the decor is dated although all the bathrooms look like they’ve had a recent makeover - the staff are friendly. But if your a light sleeper do not stay here. You can hear every movement of the other guests and unfortunately for us all the guests staying liked to be up until the early hours talking loudly and laughing. I get that it’s a party city but we could not sleep with the noise. The room was also freezing cold as it had a broken window and being January it is freezing.
