According to the new restriction declared by the Estonian Government, starting from 09.08.2021, all guests of the Hotel Telegraaf, Telegraaf Spa and Restaurant Tchaikovsky (from the age of 18) are asked to bring one of the following certificates to offer a safe visit to the hotel and restaurant.
– EU digital or printed COVID vaccination certificate
– EU digital or printed COVID (negative) test certificate (SARS-CoV-2 antigen-RTD test must be performed up to 48 hours before the visit and SARS-CoV-2RT-PCR test must be performed up to 72 hours before the visit)
– EU digital or printed proof of recovery from COVID
-In the absence of proof of the above mentioned sertificates, a rapid antigen test can be bought on site upon arrival at an additional cost of 15€ per test. Self-tests are performed by the guest and not by hotel staff. To participate in an event or activity, the test result must be negative.
It is possible to stay at Hotel Telegraaf without presenting the above mentioned certificates. However, please note that access to Telegraaf spa and Tchaikovsky Restaurant (Including breakfast) is not possible. Breakfast can be then ordered via Room Service menu. An additional tray charge of 10€ will apply per room.
Failure to to present the EU digital COVID certificate will restrain you from services such as accessing Telegraaf spa or visiting Tchaikovsky restaurant. Please note that in such case pre-payments won’t be refunded.
